not sure... didn't encounter. would imagine it's from the bottom to the top. Not going to lay off managers at first.
How are the career growth opportunities on the IT team at Patrick Industries?
There isn't much room to move up, as the org chart in the department is not deep and the management doesn't want to lose their manager jobs and let others take charge.
How's the vacation policy at Patrick Industries?
I negotiated 10 days first year. Employee handbook gives 5 first year, 10 second year and one day thereafter. Caps at like 3 weeks
