Communication is real slack and favoritism is very abundant

Hard to be a leader when you're not on the floor with your team. Nobody wants to report anything because the management sit around and discuss it with every other manager. Including the so called HR we have. She even has an assistant, not understanding why. We're not that big of a shop

To help each other and to help the employees that he has under him for as getting materials and assigning work without punishing his employees. Needs to learn to Respect each each other and also respect what he says to his teammates or employees. Learn to talk to his employees with respect

I haven't received a raise in two years and the insurance is so I can't support my family

We used to get a Quarterly bonus, haven't seen that in couple of years. Instead they want you to dress up for monthly contest and if you win your department spins a wheel. The same departments always win no matter what do alot of people quit dressing up

I feel like that I need to be compensated for the work that I know how to do because I get moved around from all departments and expect to do the work in each department to help fill in the gap when people don't show up with the same pay

Good workers in general but can't communicate because many don't speak English.

A lot of them have been there over 5 years and they know their job. Just makes me sad to see how they get treated

They need to improve on the knowledge of the company and industry. Its not so much co-workers as it is the new "managers" that need the most improvement

I love what I do and I like my co-workers. Some of the Management could be demoted.

That the future there could be changes made to better our work culture and develop team skills to better navigate the ever changing product space.

My Company was bought out by Patrick industries. Really didn't have an interview. They just had a meeting telling us about them and handed out paperwork

Better marketing and clarity on the direction of the company.

HR is not doing her job to keep problems in the company at a minimum. She says she is working on it but it never seems to get any better. I have made complaints for 2 months about an employee that smells of alcohol ........it is not being handled!

We used to be a Customer First but now, even if they know the product is bad, they ship it anyways to get numbers. Instead of discussing everyday about what problem needs fix. Just fix it!

Stop treating the employees live there are machines and also stop treating us like we are piece of shit that we don't know no better all we ask that we come to work do a job in an orderly safe fashion
