Good workers in general but can't communicate because many don't speak English.
A lot of them have been there over 5 years and they know their job. Just makes me sad to see how they get treated

There is no team meetings no communication no team work.

if we were not all discouraged by the engineering manager being rude and forceful with over time.
They need to improve on the knowledge of the company and industry. Its not so much co-workers as it is the new "managers" that need the most improvement
