The company has stopped being customer and employee centric and has become a numbers pusher only. Forgetting about the Customer facing employees that built the trust, relationships and loyalty of their customer base. Caps employee loyalty by low pay only compensated by costly benefits.

Communication from top down. Recognizing, compensating and appreciating their loyal long-term employees. No pay transparency within company.
