What do you like best about the leadership team?
Company communication efforts are great.
Always looking ahead. always ahead of the curve. People first oriented.
Transparency, focused, high integrity, genuine
They have great vision, passion, and energy for the company. Happy to see how engaged they are with the culture. Many big accomplishments! Have seen a great increase in female leadership, but would like to see some more diversity within the organization as well.

Communication from top down. Recognizing, compensating and appreciating their loyal long-term employees. No pay transparency within company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Restricted stock plan is good.
My medical benefits, great coverage...still costly however.
My medical insurance. Top Notch
Company stock, base pay, executive medical plan
Flexible schedule. Good vision care, useful HRA.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, I feel overwhelmed with my current workload. My compensation at this time feels okay, It is the cost of benefits that make my compensation look low.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to get the job done everyday.
My team lacks support so we support one another. We are invested in each others success. Its simple.
Knowledgeable and passionate about their jobs.
My current team works very well together and we have been together for many years now. We are always able to help each out and support each other.
They are generous, caring, goal oriented individuals. Always there for me. I have a strong sense of belonging at Patterson. It seems like a family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The second shift is a team, everybody works together.
The new HQ was designed with employees comfort in mind
Inclusive on the lower levels. questionable as you progress up how inclusive it is for Women.
Working at Patterson, feels like working with a huge family. Everyone that I come into contact with is extremely helpful and kind.
That there is always something more we can do to help our customers.

My team and how they reward us
Finding new tools and more competent individuals to work with.
Getting things accomplished that are positive for customers
Getting issues fixed and off my plate. Since the coronavirus started, my workload has tripled. I feel good if I can get things done quickly and easily.
My customers and my colleagues that I interact with everyday.
