Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The Support department's pay rate is low, despite our total rewards stating we are in line with the averages. Well I can't hire experienced engineers due to the lack of the ability to offer a competitive salary. I have had to hire people with similar experience in hope they will learn the products

Pax8 leaned on young people to sacrifice their personal lives to get through hard times. As we have grown the executive the has gotten older and no longer respects anyone under 50. Pax8 used to be a great place to grow a career but now ageism is pushing everyone in their 20s & 30s to look elsewhere.

As a person who is motivated by money, I dont get to see a monitary return for all the work that I put in to help the Sales get to their numbers. A bonus structure for other departments would be nice since we all are attributing to them hitting numbers.
