What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?They get straight to the point if there's a problem and allow explanation if need be. The comradery and high morale create a pretty positive atmosphere. They just don't really do 'whiny' and ridiculous complaints which also helps keep things positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?There is not just great morale but also comradery and people actually care.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Unlimited Vacation time & yearly bonus.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership is top notch, personally invested in everyone's growth and extremely friendly. 10/10 The push for pay is unfortunately out of their hands or I know they would resolve it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The Support department's pay rate is low, despite our total rewards stating we are in line with the averages. Well I can't hire experienced engineers due to the lack of the ability to offer a competitive salary. I have had to hire people with similar experience in hope they will learn the products
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pax8 leaned on young people to sacrifice their personal lives to get through hard times. As we have grown the executive the has gotten older and no longer respects anyone under 50. Pax8 used to be a great place to grow a career but now ageism is pushing everyone in their 20s & 30s to look elsewhere.
