Pretty positive. I think the E and C staff could, as a general rule be better coaches to their leaders, who in turn would then learn to be better coaches to their teams

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I know we are a sales organization, but the focus is so strongly on rewarding the sales employees that the rest of the organization gets the leftovers. Lesser office spaces. Monetary recognition or rewards etc.
