I've held dozens of positions with about a half-dozen companies, and this is by far the best experience I've had in the workplace. It's a hard working team, but we have fun too; I honestly get up looking forward to the workday.

It's a very comprehensive package with little cost to the employee

Work very well together to achieve team goals. Very collaborative that is easy to work with and have friendly competition between individuals. Very healthy team environment
What did you like most about the interview process?
Mine was a group interview, but with peers and the manager I would be reporting to. So these were the people I would be interacting with everyday. It was a relaxed conversation style that elicited my soft and hard skills, as well as me emotional intelligence and personality traits.
