We are still young, so, there is still a lot of things to improve.

If you have an open mind, you can learn something new with other members everyday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's not really about compensation. The remote culture, diversity friendly atmosphere are just some of the things you may not find in other companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyday is a challenge. You really don't know what is about to happen. Although that could be a bad thing for some, it's a great thing to me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast. And i think that one of the most important things, at least for me, it's an interview based on trust. My CTO trusted me, i trusted him. That's enough.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people in here are always ready to help. If you need a hand, just ping someone. Everyone knows what to do, so there is nobody watching over your working hours and that kind of stuff. The feeling is that you are respected.
