What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The worst company I've ever worked for.

They need to find someone to run the company instead of letting the CEO cause a hostile work environment

Company is taken over by a consulting company at all top level, and focus of these top level execs and department heads are how to fill their own coffers and benefit this one consulting company and eliminate all other vendors and also replace employees with their own contractors.
