What is the best part about your compensation package?
the salary is above the average for the city/country that I live in but it's way too low for the American standard.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a one round interview process where the technical background was important, but not more than the personal side. They look for people that share the same vision and have vastly background with programming languages and architectures.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they care about the people behind the job, not only about how much you can do during the day. if you need time off, go for it. Need it longer? Just let them know. it's super easy to work with them.
