The care everyone gives to each other.

What makes you most happy at work?

Accomplishing a long term goal and making people happy.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The CEO needs to be more of a leader than a micromanager. Massive control issues.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was scary at first with a bunch of people, but they made me feel welcome from the beginning.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've heard that we want thought diversity, yet I've seen any opinion other than the CEO's chopped down in demoralizing ways.
