I've heard that we want thought diversity, yet I've seen any opinion other than the CEO's chopped down in demoralizing ways.
They refuse to pay a person what they are worth.

The CEO needs to be more of a leader than a micromanager. Massive control issues.

There is no vision or leadership coming from the executives. They have too many preconceived ideas and refuse to see anything differently. Improving it is simple: "This town needs an enema."
Get some management that knows what they are doing.
