Mutual understanding , Friendly, helping nature

I if write the answer changes will not reflet by any means. So there is no point of my suggestion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its quite good. Got very much raise
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After workings for 5.5 years still I paid only 2. 80 lakhs which is equivalent to freshers now these days. Hope my one statement fulfills all the fill in the blanks of your questions.
The compensation is good but the company feels that the employee should spend from his pocket for the company on the field, from team engagement activities to stock movement, employees pays every bit from their salary, the conveyance is kept on hold for 6-7 months.
I would like to be paid more

No one speaks or fight for their general rights.
Team works makes the brand Paytm. humans help others in nature. Team beholds the future

Planning for long team not day to day

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management need to understand the Employee Needs. Management need to fixed the time for work for every employee not to decided reporting manager. Fixed holiday

Respected Gently handed Perfectly guided and updated things till joining
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
At the time of interview HR explain the salary but after selecting Salary less asper the HR discussion at the interview. Improve: All detail should be shared correct

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Time Management issue. Play with other feeling. Using abuse words on floor. No respect for other work Threatening to remove from the Job Employee work under pressure No Hike and allowance. Feel like sit between uneducated people as per understanding and talking sense. Need to improve these thing 1st
