The compensation is good but the company feels that the employee should spend from his pocket for the company on the field, from team engagement activities to stock movement, employees pays every bit from their salary, the conveyance is kept on hold for 6-7 months.

Management need to understand the Employee Needs. Management need to fixed the time for work for every employee not to decided reporting manager. Fixed holiday
At the time of interview HR explain the salary but after selecting Salary less asper the HR discussion at the interview. Improve: All detail should be shared correct
