Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A more fair comp plan that reflects the growth plan for the Company that is inline with every dept
The commission percent was lowered while I was there and we were charged, via percent of our commission, for using any resources like the renewal team.

Compassion and acknowlegement from leadership. Treated fairly among all depts more support for help for support teams. Better career path for all dept Better salary compensation
