Robert I. Newton — Chief Legal Officer, Executive VP & Secretary at PCM

Mr. Robert I. Newton, also known as Rob, serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of PCM, Inc. and has been its Secretary since June 2004. Mr. Newton served as General Counsel of PCM, Inc. since June 2004. He is actively involved in most areas of PC Mall's strategic planning and operations including, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and public company compliance, securities offerings, numerous Internet commerce sales and marketing initiatives, legal compliance, litigation management, risk management and human resources for more than 2000 employees operating in multiple countries. He served as Of Counsel in the corporate practice group of Morrison & Foerster LLP from February 2000 to joining PC Mall Inc. Prior to his employment at Morrison & Foerster LLP, he served as a Partner in the corporate practice group of McDermott Will & Emery LLP. He was a partner and associate with several large international law firms where he assisted companies, venture capital and private equity funds and investment banks in venture capital finance transactions, general corporate advise focused on emerging growth company issues and public and private mergers and acquisitions. He has significant experience working with boards of directors, executive management and investors in developing emerging growth companies. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Live On The Go, Inc. since April 2008. Mr. Newton holds a B.B.A. degree with highest honors and a J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin.
