What do you like best about the leadership team?
Yes they are the best
My own personal manager provides the flexibility to run my projects, yet has an open door to provide advice whenever I ask for it.
Great manager who always listens and provides feedback about next steps as well as great perspective for approaching a solution.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses and free trips in flights
I am paid fairly though originally I thought I wasn't. Everyone wants more as the job market is tight, however I have a flexible work schedule, flexible working arrangements and a lot of autonomy which goes pretty far in my opinion.
The benefits are top notch for such a small company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my team has my back no matter what. I can also call them out - I'm not perfect - neither are they - but we are all striving to make our projects a success. We are pretty tight knit team. I love working with them.
We have each other's back - no running over by the bus. If we have a problem, we address directly, laugh a lot and then fix it!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that I have work / life balance truly. In addition, if I want to learn or try anything new, I just have to set it up and people are pretty game.
We focus a lot on teamwork. If I need help I know I can call a member of the extended community and get answers overnight!

What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to do new things.
Getting the chance to be creative, drive efficiencies (I'm a bit obsessive compulsive), and feel valued for my contributions.
