What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my team has my back no matter what. I can also call them out - I'm not perfect - neither are they - but we are all striving to make our projects a success. We are pretty tight knit team. I love working with them.
We have each other's back - no running over by the bus. If we have a problem, we address directly, laugh a lot and then fix it!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
