Good exercise, keeps my energy up throughout the day

The money is always a plus, benefits are decent. They could be better but they're not terrible.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
HR department should have weekend hours, and there shouldn't be charges for replacement gloves. Benefits could be better and cover more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're always finding ways to give you more on the job experience, and make sure you get as much pay and hours possible day to day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us like to work together to achieve our goals, very few of us are stubborn, we share the work load and always find other jobs to keep our hours up.
