I am getting by with everything.
The money is always a plus, benefits are decent. They could be better but they're not terrible.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid under market value -- at about 75% market value for my role.
I'd like to think PEAPOD cares about employees but have come to realize that employees are underpaid

The Coworkers! Managers need to learn how to manage!
Great culture - very intelligent people (mostly) and willingness by leadership to hear concerns about problematic coworkers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
HR department should have weekend hours, and there shouldn't be charges for replacement gloves. Benefits could be better and cover more.

It went pretty quickly when we had a female manager

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The managers are not communicating nor are they trying to. Yeah they communicate with coworkers but not with each other. It is completely total chaos at danbury peapod!
