They need to stay off their cell phones and come to work to work and not to socialize.

They try to do the best they can to get the job done. They can be thoughtful and understanding

everyone pretty much gets along. We can usually get to job done and have a good time doing it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very informal . The manager who interviewed me was very accommodating when it came to the hours I wanted to work.
