What do you like best about the leadership team?
Adaptiveness. Open channels of communication and innovation to keep us miles ahead of competition.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Working remotely! Bonuses, medical, 401k match, PTO, profit sharing, paid parental leave - you name it!

Insurance has low deductible. 401k match is vested immediately with profit sharing. Amazing benefits and prior to covid yearly all exspense paid company trips!
The overall ability for a healthy work/life balance. Im a parent, coach sports, and my child is in multiple activities. I have never felt obligated to work over spendkng time with my family.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Hardly any of them are college graduates but they're sharp and intelligent people, capable of learning so much and pushing themselves and others to do the next thing.
Collaboration is encouraged. All that I do would not be possible without my team mates!

Remote position, I never see it speak to the other associates

The encouragement, collaboration, life long friends being maxe.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was asked unique questions which made it fun. I felt like I could be truthful and honest in my reaponses.
You meet with multiple managers and get to shadow another employee before accepting.
Peddle interviews work to not only determine if you can do the iob, but if you are a good fit.
It is a relaxed environment and more of a conversation than a formal interview.
