What did you like most about the interview process?I was asked unique questions which made it fun. I felt like I could be truthful and honest in my reaponses.
What are some of the best things about your team?Hardly any of them are college graduates but they're sharp and intelligent people, capable of learning so much and pushing themselves and others to do the next thing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Working remotely! Bonuses, medical, 401k match, PTO, profit sharing, paid parental leave - you name it!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Remote position, I never see it speak to the other associates
