What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the mission we are all on. We are very like minded in that we all are on this team to help make people healthier and to all share that passion is a huge driving force for our company culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though our whole team is fully remote, I still feel so close and connected to all of them. Taking the time to have one on one meetings as well as large team meetings really build a strong company culture and sense of community
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Peerfit is incredible. Their transparency with our team is such a great trait. I love that they are always willing to assist anyone on the team with their own personal development and growth whether it be for a personal or professional goal
