What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Peerfit Leadership Team is full of inspring, driven individuals who make me want to work harder for the greater good of the company. They are also transparent with business decisions and direction (when appropriate) and make everyone feel like they are an equal within the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I wake up every morning excited to start working. I believe so strongly in the company, the product and our mission that I am eager to work to ensure it is an eternal success. Even on stressful days, I have an incredible team of coworkers to support me, which makes it all great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite being a fully remote team, I feel like we truly are a family. I felt that way from day one. There are so many different strengths and personalities within our team that mesh together and complement one another in an ideal way. I know I can reach out to my coworkers at any time for anything.
