What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm grandfathered in to a no longer available PTO package.
My vacation + floating holidays throughout the year
In case any health issues arise, I have funds to assist me and also starting a retirement package is an asset for the future.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team genuinely gets along as people so working together is never a chore and I never dread going to work for coworker related reasons.
They have stellar work ethic and care a great deal about the quality of their work and are considerate of the next team who come in to take over the shift from them.
My team is small but mighty! We have a seat at the table because others value our input. We restore harmony if it ever starts to become chaotic. And, most importantly, we always deliver on our business expectations.
They are always helpful and point out areas where improvement is needed. They also appreciate and encourage me to be more effective.
