All of my compensation is good.

I appreciate the fact we are enrolled into a yearly bonus plan....obviously this isn't guaranteed but if you put the effort it and Pega performs well and you achieve your targets you will be compensated accordingly.

I do more to keep the company going than most of the VPs, but all they do is tell me to work harder when I'm already working 16 hours a day. They could let me have down time, and actually pay me fairly.
