CEO (founder) needs to step down to let the company scale at pace. HR needs a complete overhaul and be PEOPLE instead of PROCESS focused.

My process (and I have heard similar stories from others) was a bit confrontational which took me by surprise. Not by management, but by HR/recruiting. There is a new VP of HR, (and the only woman in upper management), so hopefully that has changed.
