Albert T. Britton — Senior Vice President of Regional Operations at Penn National Gaming

Mr. Albert T. Britton, also known as Al, has been Senior Vice President of Regional Operations at Penn National Gaming Inc. since May 16, 2016 and served as its General Manager since September 23, 2004 until May 16, 2016. Prior to joining Penn National, Mr. Britton steadily ascended the ranks at Claridge Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ, to President and Chief Operating Officer, a position he held from 1996 to 2001. He served as Executive Vice President of The Claridge Hotel and Casino Corporation since June 1994. Mr. Britton served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of New Claridge from February 1994 through July 1995 and as Executive Vice President from August 1995 through December 1995. He served as a Vice President of Claridge Hotel & Casino Corp. from June 1992 to June 1994 and as Executive Vice President of Operations of New Claridge from December 1992 to February 1994. He was Senior Vice President of Operations of New Claridge from December 1991 to December 1992 and Vice President of Casino Operations from June 1990 to November 1991. From July 1981 to June 1990, Mr. Britton has held various positions in both accounting and casino operations with New Claridge and its corporate predecessor including financial, operations, hotel management, marketing, administration and human resources. Most recently, while at Harrah's Showboat Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, he was responsible for property-level leadership, implementation and oversight of Harrah's corporate Customer Satisfaction Assurance initiative. Mr. Britton has 23 years of gaming industry experience.
