What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate the vision clearly and concisely. They bring everyone into the conversation and care about how you feel about what you do and what the company is focused on.

The leadership is great at Penn station I'm just looking for a better paying job I've worked with them for 10 years now
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking responsibility for their own mistakes
Training of their employees and scheduling the ones who work more hours
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I didn't know I got one... I'd really like a Christmas bonus because I've put blood sweat and tears for almost 2 years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If i can make more than 11.15 an hour
I feel that i should be getting a health insurance option provided to me and i feel that I'm definitely worth more than I'm being paid
It would be nice if after a year of work consistently with no absences that I could get a raise. Also the general managers should be held accountable for not remembering to put a persons time sheet in to payroll which subsequently gets that person no check on payday
If management paid a little more and offered benifits
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a really good polite team i would be sad to leave them but i need a change of scenery and better yet a change of salary
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are Biased and prejudice
They all need to listen and do things that management tell them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we diverse but kinda young
I love how everyone is willing to step up to help one another whether it's giving people rides or serious advice about life really great people
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employee attiutes and wanting to be a part of a team
What did you like most about the interview process?
The President of the company was who interviewed me. He was awesome. Explained the vision, how I could contribute, and how I could grow within the company. It was conversational and he addressed every question straightforward.

What makes you most happy at work?
just keeps me on a schedule and knowing I'm getting paid
When i can completely please a customer especially aiding a elderly customer i really like to put a smile on their face
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees doing what they want being fired a better write up system or fewer hours until they show improvement
