Gregory W. Penske — Chairman of Penske Motor Group and Chief Executive Officer of Penske Motor Group at Penske Automotive Group

Mr. Gregory W. Penske, also known as Greg, served as the President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Penske Automotive Group Inc., (formerly Penske Motor Group Inc.) since December 1993. Mr. Penske served as a Senior Vice President of Western Operations at International Speedway Corp. from July 1999 to January 2002. Mr. Penske served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Penske Motorsports Inc., since July 1, 1997 and served as its Executive Vice President from February 1996 to July 1, 1997. He served as the President of the California Speedway from January 1997 to January 1999. He served as a Vice President of D. Longo Inc., (a subsidiary of Penske Automotive Group Inc.) from 1987 to July 1992 and also its President since 1992. He has been a Director of Midwest Racing Inc., (formerly Grand Prix Association of Long Beach Inc.) since October 13, 1997. Mr. Penske serves as a Director of Penske Corp., Detroit, Michigan, Los Angeles Sports Council and Friends of Golf, Inc. He serves as a Trustee of the John Thomas Dye School. He served as a Director of Penske Motorsports since its formation on July 1, 1997. He served as a Director of Alltel Corp., since 2000 and International Speedway Corp., from July 1999 to April 2007. He serves as a Member of the Toyota Parts and Service Advisory Council, the Toyota President's Cabinet and the Toyota Board of Governors. He served as a Director of Penske Automotive Group, Inc. since May 2014 until May 10, 2017. He served as an Independent Director of Ares Capital Corporation from February 26, 2009 to November 30, 2012. He served on the Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games. Mr. Penske holds a B.S. in Business from Cornell University.
