Company is growing, and with that comes all the growing pains.
It's a really good place to work. People try hard and care about the products and the work.
Overall great company to work for. My only concern is that communication is often lacking. Especially between departments. This makes it way harder to get anything done here. If everything is is a priority than nothing is priority, triage is often the name of the game.
I work at a company that continuously challenges me and the results are similarly continuously fulfilling.
Personal experience within Penumbra is very dependent on which department you work in and who your boss is. Some are lovely understanding effective leaders and others lead by intimidation and degradation. Avoid departments not directly involved in product quality, development, or construction.
