The Product Builders and Quality Control Inspectors are the main contributors towards the success of this company. They are paid lower than other comparable companies in the same vicinity. Management should look into this and take necessary actions to encourage the production/ quality team.
Company is growing, and with that comes all the growing pains.
It's a really good place to work. People try hard and care about the products and the work.
Overall great company to work for. My only concern is that communication is often lacking. Especially between departments. This makes it way harder to get anything done here. If everything is is a priority than nothing is priority, triage is often the name of the game.
I work at a company that continuously challenges me and the results are similarly continuously fulfilling.
