Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Feel undervalued due to staffing for 20+ companies and making less on salary than the positions I staff for. Our commission is based on a small number, and only get 1-3%. I think Peoplelink can compensate their internal staff better. The benefits are terrible. $3k deductible for a single filing

More competitive base pay & higher percentages for commissions on the gross profit I make for the company

they promise one pay and pay you something else they make promises that are not kept

Expect a lot of work without raising compensation
