They do not micromanage which is nice
They care about the employees

Communication and payroll is horrible.
not making false promises and keeping their word to do something

Health benefits and my 401K plan
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel undervalued due to staffing for 20+ companies and making less on salary than the positions I staff for. Our commission is based on a small number, and only get 1-3%. I think Peoplelink can compensate their internal staff better. The benefits are terrible. $3k deductible for a single filing
More competitive base pay & higher percentages for commissions on the gross profit I make for the company
they promise one pay and pay you something else they make promises that are not kept
Expect a lot of work without raising compensation

we all are very fair
We are all thoughtful makes for better working environment.

keeping their promises on what was told
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont work with a bunch of people so there is less room for drama.
It's easy going and your alone most of the time.
You can reach out to anyone in the team for help. Branch level to corporate level.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
when you say your going to do something do it keep your word

the personalability and comfortability of it

getting to recruit and implement new ideas at my branch

people saying one thing and doing something different
They keep offices really lean and so one person being out really effects everything.
