Not a very good work-life balance. Lowest paid actually starts around $15ish. Could be compensated better with better benefits

I dont work with a bunch of people so there is less room for drama.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel undervalued due to staffing for 20+ companies and making less on salary than the positions I staff for. Our commission is based on a small number, and only get 1-3%. I think Peoplelink can compensate their internal staff better. The benefits are terrible. $3k deductible for a single filing
