  • Unpaid interns get to work for two or three weeks. Whether they learn anything depends on who they work with. Mostly what they learn is to not want to work there.

  • Depends. If you're in with the high-level white dudes, it seems pretty easy. They have all kinds of HR machinations to make it seem legit, but the reality is that it's a white male drinking club. If you're on the inside, there's no accountability at all. You've got it made. If you're not in the club, then you're disposable. Women don't last there, and the only people of color are in token positions.
