What do you wish you knew before starting at PeopleNet?
That the company they represent themselves to be and the company they actually are have nothing in common.
What's the internship program like at PeopleNet?
Unpaid interns get to work for two or three weeks. Whether they learn anything depends on who they work with. Mostly what they learn is to not want to work there.
How hard is it to get promoted at PeopleNet?
Depends. If you're in with the high-level white dudes, it seems pretty easy. They have all kinds of HR machinations to make it seem legit, but the reality is that it's a white male drinking club. If you're on the inside, there's no accountability at all. You've got it made. If you're not in the club, then you're disposable. Women don't last there, and the only people of color are in token positions.
How are the dental insurance options at PeopleNet?
Middling average Delta Dental with a 1000 dollar max.
How's the leadership on the Design team at PeopleNet?
Leadership? There is no design team and no leadership. Period.
