Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we should get paid more as security officers when we are performing our duties above expectations and show stability and reliability and for that we should get paid due to that experience
I get no benefits even working full time
There are no benefits. I don't make enough to survive. Meanwhile, the CEO (who has NO qualifications other than nepotism) makes hundreds of thousands a year. The lesson is- be born into the right family or forget it.
Of course more money and better insurance packages
We were promised a certain amount of money when we were hired on that never happened.
I have given so many hours and been very helpful with my fellow employees. After i had my child i came back to work 2 weeks later because i was worried my fellow employees were over working themselves covering my shifts. But now with my absences twice my job has been offered to other employees.
McDonald's makes more than us
Was told they offer sick days, they do not.
Constant fair increases. Have a fair scale based on performance.
