What makes you most happy at work?I most happy with the job site because of the management team they are amazing and I don't have to worry about being weaned out
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The company I was assigned to is amazing the managers are great the coworkers are great I am treated as if I am a regular employee and not a contract security officer

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel we should get paid more as security officers when we are performing our duties above expectations and show stability and reliability and for that we should get paid due to that experience

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There are no benefits. I don't make enough to survive. Meanwhile, the CEO (who has NO qualifications other than nepotism) makes hundreds of thousands a year. The lesson is- be born into the right family or forget it.
