We care about each other, since the company couldn't care less.

I have been with my team for years now. They are family. They are the sole reason I haven't considered leaving until now.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company I was assigned to is amazing the managers are great the coworkers are great I am treated as if I am a regular employee and not a contract security officer

Nothing. There is nothing positive I can say about this place. I was repeated contacting while out of state even though i had explicitly requested not to be contacted at all.

What makes you most happy at work?
I most happy with the job site because of the management team they are amazing and I don't have to worry about being weaned out
I get to work on my own and make my own decisions on how to get my job done everyday
Conversing with my coworkers and truck drivers
The pace of everything and the different things daily
