- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There are no benefits. I don't make enough to survive. Meanwhile, the CEO (who has NO qualifications other than nepotism) makes hundreds of thousands a year. The lesson is- be born into the right family or forget it.
