Communication with their employees. Giving clear and definate disiplanary actions. Treating ALL employees the same regardless of gender or age.
Communicate with eachother not be a desk junky
There is constantly a shortage of staff to help keep up with the amount of people calling off or just not showing up.
Hire adults so they don't have to send condescending emails like we are infants. We know it's snowing, leave early, etc.
They pay all people way under scale if you use tools that show you your market value. They trip over 1000 to get to 10000 sometimes. In my opinion.
I feel we should get paid more as security officers when we are performing our duties above expectations and show stability and reliability and for that we should get paid due to that experience
I get no benefits even working full time
There are no benefits. I don't make enough to survive. Meanwhile, the CEO (who has NO qualifications other than nepotism) makes hundreds of thousands a year. The lesson is- be born into the right family or forget it.
Of course more money and better insurance packages
We were promised a certain amount of money when we were hired on that never happened.
Morale is terrible there. Constant turnover is the problem.

Someone needs to talk with the supervisors that are emoloyed here.
Reduce turnover. Increase pay. Sometimes it makes more sense to keep tenured good employees and pay them what they desire.
