I most happy with the job site because of the management team they are amazing and I don't have to worry about being weaned out
I get to work on my own and make my own decisions on how to get my job done everyday
Conversing with my coworkers and truck drivers
The pace of everything and the different things daily
The people I come in contact with each day.
People I work with and being able to o is my phone
I like the challenge and the work environment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Someone needs to talk with the supervisors that are emoloyed here.
Reduce turnover. Increase pay. Sometimes it makes more sense to keep tenured good employees and pay them what they desire.
