What is the best part about your compensation package?

Medical, 401K, and compensation. They offered competitive benefits.

The Life Insurance package provided.

The benefits are the best part of the compensation package and have an extremely low out-of-pocket amount.

Great benefits package, comparable to other companies. Peraton is focused on providing a great benefits package for employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The health insurance is expensive if you want a decent plan.

No career development offered. Internal opportunities are available, but not seldom considered as hiring managers are sourcing externally.

Significant salary increase. Getting an annual bonus.

high work expectations and unreasonable pay

I feel as if my voice is not heard and that the company only cares about the customer and does not care about it's employees.

Raises are actually an insult. $500 a year, really?

You do not get pay increases but everything else goes in the world goes up in price. I persobally saved the customer 200k and was rewarded by having my health care doubling.
