  • David Gang runs the company with an iron fist. He’s a genius and built most of the company on his own but it’s also his way or the highway.

  • He is very well-connected and very knowledgeable, and he can be very authoritarian. To be successful in the company, you need to follow his lead and do as your told. Sometimes, mixed messages are delivered from leadership, or there is a lack of clarity that creates problems down the road.

  • The CEO is very active in just about every decision at the company. He's a great guy and clearly knows what he's talking about. But it's his way or the highway so get used to it.
