Executive Bio

Ted Doyle is a senior leader and respected subject matter expert with nearly 40 years of experience in governmental and commercial healthcare programs focusing on fraud, waste, and abuse, including more than 20 years of experience serving as a project manager for CMS and commercial health plans. He currently serves as Performant’s Project Director for the CMS Medicare Secondary Payer Commercial Repayment Center (MSP CRC) contract, which includes responsibility for more than $165 million annually in recovered improper payments for the U.S. Medicare program and a staff of more than 200 employees across multiple Performant locations. Mr. Doyle’s expertise also includes developing and implementing analytics, audit, and recovery programs that significantly reduce healthcare costs and protect the integrity of payment systems for health plans. He is an Accredited Health Care Fraud Investigator by the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association and Certified Fraud Examiner and Advisory Board member for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Doyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix.
