What is the best part about your compensation package?
fair pay but would like to see more incentives for going beyond expectations
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better compensation based on market pay and being fare. Having some sort of bonuses
What are some of the best things about your team?
great attitude and they want to make a difference
Highly motivated group of dedicated individuals that’s forms a well rounded family in the office
hard working and willingness to learn more
Everyone has the common goal in mind, focused on the continued growth and success of the company first and foremost.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to work better as a team and share knowledge across the board as opposed to keeping everything to self.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
company is growing and improving daily. Very open management team and I feel they listen to the employees
Laid back culture, cool staff, team lunches, office lunches, good company
TEAM first... no one is above the team, and no individual is left outside the group mentality

The success of the company and everyone involved
Making sure customers are happy first, if they are not happy I am not happy. Interaction with customers and vendors. Having various projects that expose to new experiences and learning new things Free lunches Downtown is always interesting as 34 Peachtree building
The projects that i'm working on make me happy.
Being able to do my job to the best of my ability each and every day, knowing that what I do, directly impacts the company moving forward every single day.
