I bring unique skills to the department, and my responsibilities have increased without additional pay. With the ongoing regulatory review, it's important to recognize my contributions. I may consider other opportunities due to my heavy workload and on-call demands, even during vacation.

Friendly and calm relaxed, positive vibes
Historically, we have fostered a culture that values employee well-being and engagement. However, it appears that current priorities are increasingly centered on maintaining profitability, sometimes at the expense of addressing the needs and concerns of our employees.

The ability to leave work on time. Unfortunately, our department often operates in a reactive manner, which can lead to interruptions in our daily management tasks and weekly projects. As a result, we occasionally find ourselves needing to extend deadlines to address urgent issues.
