What makes you most happy at work?The ability to leave work on time. Unfortunately, our department often operates in a reactive manner, which can lead to interruptions in our daily management tasks and weekly projects. As a result, we occasionally find ourselves needing to extend deadlines to address urgent issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I bring unique skills to the department, and my responsibilities have increased without additional pay. With the ongoing regulatory review, it's important to recognize my contributions. I may consider other opportunities due to my heavy workload and on-call demands, even during vacation.
